Who we are

Maxtech Solutions ApS (CVR 46171985), Norvangen 3D, 1., 4220 Korsør, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. Contact: info@maxtech.solutions.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message. The form is delivered to us by email through Formspark (formspark.io), which processes it on our behalf. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of visit) for security.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to requests (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and (f)).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer relevant.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Ltd. to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you found us. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years. Google may transfer the data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We use no advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@maxtech.solutions. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
